Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Chatmately plugin on up to 2 devices for the duration of your active subscription. Sharing your license key with third parties results in immediate termination without refund.
Chatmately modifies the Discord desktop client. Any client modification technically violates Discord's Terms of Service. Although we take reasonable precautions, your Discord account is used at your own risk. We are not liable for any account action taken by Discord Inc.
Subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal link in your invoice emails. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your license remains active until the end of the current period.
Since licenses are delivered instantly and digitally, refunds are not offered. If you are unsatisfied, cancel before your next renewal.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Discord client updates may temporarily break Chatmately; we work to ship fixes as quickly as possible.
